Job Description

RBT - High-Intensity Behavioral Support | Hammond, IN | $27+/hr + Sign-On Bonus •Active Indiana RBT certification required•This isn't a typical RBT role — and we're not looking for a typical candidate. We're looking for someone physically capable, emotionally steady, and genuinely motivated to work with two teenage clients (15Y/O) with significant behavioral and physical aggression. Both clients are tall, strong, and have exhausted other placements. We're offering a sign-on bonus because we know what we're asking — and we want the right person to know we mean it. What this role is:
1:1 ABA therapy, afternoons and weekends Northwest Indiana (Hammond area) Starting at $27/hr with overtime available Supervised by a BCBA from day one Safety Care trained — you will not be thrown in unprepared Who we're looking for: Active Indiana RBT certification Physical capability and comfort with hands-on behavioral intervention Experience in youth residential, corrections, coaching, or similar — a plus Calm under pressure, consistent, and hard to rattle Male candidates encouraged (client preference/rapport) What Achievers ABA offers: $27+/hr starting Sign-on bonus Overtime available Paid drive time Supportive BCBA supervision — reachable same day A team that will have your back on hard days If you've worked with kids others gave up on and felt good about it — we want to talk.
