Must be able to work evenings and weekends 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Patient Companion and play a vital role in supporting patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one observation for patients who need extra support. Help ensure patient safety by preventing falls, wandering, or self-harm. Offer companionship, reassurance, and comfort to patients. Report patient needs and changes to nursing staff. Maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses in related field a plus. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience a plus (not required). Must be able to react quickly to the needs of a patient who require immediate intervention. Ability to observe and recognize changes in patient behavior. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required or within 7 days of employment and maintained. Compassionate, attentive, and reliable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
