$20 per hour About Pyramid Healthcare Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized provider of behavioral health services, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are excited to open our newest treatment center in Agawam, MA, focused on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team during the startup phase of a new facility and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families. Position Summary We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) / Recovery Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support and supervision to clients throughout their treatment experience while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Team members are responsible for supporting daily operations, monitoring client safety, and assisting with programming and recovery-focused activities across all shifts. Key Responsibilities Support new client admissions, including orientation and paperwork as needed Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior Document observations, incidents, and interactions accurately in shift logs Respond appropriately to emergencies or crisis situations in collaboration with clinical staff Maintain a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment Assist with groups, activities, transportation, or medication line supervision as directed Ensure adherence to facility schedules, policies, and treatment protocols Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary treatment team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or a related field preferred Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping individuals in recovery Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
