Job Description

This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital

  • Sheppard Pratt Solutions partners with community hospitals to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare, bringing essential services closer to those in need.
Learn about our child and adolescent psychiatry services Learn about Sheppard Pratt. What to expect. Under the supervision of the nurse manager, you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm, courteous, and thoughtful interactions with patients and families. Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies. Maintaining an organized, safe, and therapeutic treatment space. Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions . Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Accurately documenting patient care activities , including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions. What you'll get from us. What we need from you.
Required:
High school diploma or GED. Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.
Preferred:
An advanced degree in a human services field. Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
