A Winning Combination! Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement. Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
