Riverbend is seeking a compassionate and dependable Awake Recovery Specialist to support women in recovery at our residential program. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working independently, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team. What You'll Do Support residents in their recovery journey Maintain a safe and structured environment overnight Complete routine safety checks and documentation Observe and document self-administration of medications Complete medication counts Assist residents with questions, concerns, and daily needs Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention when needed Promote recovery-focused programming and healthy living Qualifications Experience in addiction recovery, mental health, human services, or a related field preferred Associate degree preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of recovery-oriented care a plus Lived experience encouraged Why Join Riverbend?
