Behavioral Health Technician Full Time

Summary:

An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs.

Pay:

$15 before shift differentials.

(Saturday and Sunday) $1.00 2nd

Shift Differentials:

(Monday - Friday) $1.00; (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 3rd

Shift Differentials:

(Monday - Friday) $1.50; (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete the intake process with new clients into the program. Maintain client documentation. Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable. Coordinate client activities. Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs. Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment. Assist with the dietary needs of clients. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Diploma required. Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
