As a CARF-accredited organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life. We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Rehabilitation Care Technicians to join our growing team. No prior experience required. Paid training and certification are provided. Position Overview As a Rehabilitation Care Technician, you will work directly with individuals in AFC-licensed residential homes and semi-independent living programs, helping them develop daily living skills, maintain personal wellness, and achieve rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support daily routines and independent living skill development Prepare meals and assist with household tasks Monitor and support medication administration Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings using company vehicles Provide encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment Available Shifts 7:00 AM
