• Full-time, Part-time Job Summary Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Behavioral Therapist / Mental Health Practitioner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. This role requires a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral and mental health support to young clients Implement treatment plans under clinical supervision Conduct regular progress monitoring and documentation Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients and their families Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize care Qualifications High School Diploma Experience working with ASD children 18 years or older and have completed the Level

III EIDBI

training requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for supporting children with Autism and developmental needs

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field with 2,000+ supervised hours Experience or training in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Hmong, Arabic) Pre-Employment Training and Certification Requirements Candidates must complete the following certifications and trainings prior to beginning work.
