Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health support and therapeutic services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal well-being goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through compassionate care and evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and behavioral health evaluations to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' conditions, such as working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or addiction issues. Collect and analyze data related to patient progress, behavior management outcomes, and treatment efficacy for ongoing care adjustments. Maintain detailed medical records, document all patient interactions accurately, and ensure compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA. Supervision can be offered if needed. Skills Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults in behavioral health or educational settings. Excellent communication skills for effective patient care, documentation, and team collaboration. Familiarity with behavioral health practices and medical record keeping systems. Pay:
$55.00 - $150.00 per hour
