Job Summary:

Join our Recovery Services team as a Behavioral Health Technician I , where you'll support individuals on their recovery journey in a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a positive impact. What You'll Do Provide direct care and supervision to clients to ensure safety and program compliance Actively participate as a member of the treatment team by identifying client strengths, needs, and progress Monitor daily client activities and respond appropriately to crises or behavioral concerns Accurately document client behaviors and relevant treatment information Assist with admissions and orientations, including safety searches, vital signs (if applicable), and specimen collection per protocol Support and educate clients with daily living activities as needed Adhere to all medication policies and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure compliance Provide transportation support for clients when required Education & Experience (One of the Following): High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of responsible employment Experience in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field is preferred Why Join Us Full‑time pay and benefits Four days off every week for better work‑life balance Meaningful work supporting individuals in recovery Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth
