PRN (As needed, see schedule details below) Job Summary The Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) tends to the physical and emotional needs of assigned clients and fosters a supportive group living environment. High school diploma or GED equivalency

Schedule:

Flexible PRN schedules Hours based on your availability and the needs of the campus. Minimum Requirement (1) shift every 30 days.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years old to apply Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required Valid driver's license Valid auto insurance Preferred Experience /

Skills:

Experience Working with children and families in a trauma informed environment

Essential Duties:

Manage youth safely, avoiding therapeutic holds. Model positive behaviors and coping skills using a strength-based approach. Ensure client safety and security while attending to their needs in a nurturing manner. Participate in various meetings to share client information and discuss cottage life matters. Supervise clients, assign daily chores, assist with homework, and encourage recreational activities. Perform evening and night duties such as cottage checks and laundry as instructed.
