    $15.00

00 per hour base salary + performance-based incentives

As a Rehab Technician , you play a key role in ensuring patients get the most out of their treatment plans by guiding them through their prescribed rehab exercises, keeping them accountable, and ensuring their experience is exceptional . What You'll Do:
Guide patients through their rehabilitation plans
  • Ensure they are correctly following prescribed exercises and therapies. Keep patient progress on track
  • Encourage, inspire, and hold them accountable to their treatment plans. Administer and monitor therapy sessions
  • Including decompression therapy and computerized range of motion assessments as needed. Maintain a seamless patient flow
  • Keep the rehab department organized and running smoothly. Keep the space professional and safe
  • Maintain rehab equipment, ensure cleanliness, and uphold clinic protocols. Track and document patient progress
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in patient charts. Build strong relationships
  • Be a trusted resource for patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and celebrating their progress. Gather patient success stories
  • Document testimonials and feedback to showcase patient results.

  • You can think on your feet and adjust as needed in a dynamic setting.
What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience working with patients in a fitness, rehab, or healthcare setting. 1-2 years of experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required. Basic proficiency in computer documentation and patient tracking. Ability to perform light lifting (10-15 lbs.) and be on your feet for extended periods.
