2+ years in mental health or related field

Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, professional development opportunities What You'll Do Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on available records and clinical interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers to coordinate inmate care Develop, implement, and modify individual mental health treatment plans Document assessments and treatment activities accurately in health records Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling to inmates as needed Administer psychological tests and evaluate inmate mental status Offer behavior management and support strategies to improve inmate adjustment and safety
What You Need Required:
Valid State License in Mental Health or related discipline 2+ years of experience in mental health settings, preferably with correctional/inmate populations Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and counseling techniques Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a secure environment
Preferred:
Experience working in secure or correctional facilities Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members About the Assignment Join a dedicated mental health team providing high-quality care to offenders in a secure facility.
