Monitor and record patient behaviors, vital signs, mental status Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and meals Execute treatment plans Report changes in patient condition to nursing or clinical staff

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED RBT Certification or CNA License in state of practice BLS Experience working in Adult Psychiatric/Behavioral Health facilities required Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, residential treatment, corrections, or group home settings Strong communication and documentation skills Strong de-escalation and crisis intervention skills required Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and patient care Behavioral Health Technicians, Mental Health Technicians, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and candidates with psychiatric or behavioral health experience are encouraged to apply.
