Behavioral Health Technician - Residential Recovery Programs

About the Role You'll be working in our residential behavioral health programs, supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance use concerns. We use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach focused on stabilization, growth, and long-term recovery—meeting people where they're at and helping them move forward. Schedule & Flexibility Day, evening, and overnight shifts available Every other weekend required Cross-train across programs for more hours, variety, and experience This is a perfect role if you want flexibility while still doing meaningful work—great for students, second jobs, or anyone wanting more control over their schedule. $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
