Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Residential Recovery Tech, where your energy and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals working toward recovery and stability. In this vital role, you will provide direct support within residential treatment settings, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive behavioral health outcomes. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help foster trust and stability for residents on their journey to wellness. We are currently looking for someone to fill one of our fulltime 4pm - 12am positions. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of residents, ensuring adherence to behavioral health and safety protocols Assist with crisis intervention and conflict management to de-escalate challenging situations effectively Conduct client intakes and related documentation to track progress and needs Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and personal growth Maintain security by monitoring resident activities, conducting regular safety checks, and managing access to the facility Collect data on resident progress, complete filing, and ensure accurate data entry for reporting purposes Provide basic first aid when necessary and coordinate with medical professionals as needed Experience Supervising experience in social work, behavioral health, or related fields preferred Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and conflict management strategies Familiarity with addiction counseling, medication administration, and case management processes Strong communication skills with the ability to document accurately through data collection and filing Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion while maintaining safety standards Join us in creating a supportive environment where residents can thrive! Pay:
