Job Overview:

Qualifications:
Required:
Associate or Bachelor s Degree preferred with a psychology, social work or healthcare related field Valid NJ Driver's license without restrictions
Preferred:
Prior experience working with youth ages 6-17 years of age that are experiencing behavioral health symptoms that impede their ability to be successfuMoving down in order of pertinence
Scheduling Requirements Evening Shift Full-Time Essential Functions:
Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with consumers Serves as a broker between the needs and perspective of the consumer and the goals of the treatment system; may include educating treatment providers and advocating on behalf of the consumer Information sharing regarding the emergency assessment and/or screening process One-on-one attention and encouragement to individuals who are undergoing the emergency assessment/screening process Responsible for modeling/ coaching in the use of coping skills Provides personal assistance and support during crisis episode,
