Key Responsibilities Transport clients to and from treatment, medical appointments, and housing (using company vehicle) Conduct urine drug screens and maintain testing logs Assist with light case management duties as directed by clinical staff Monitor client safety and behavior during programming hours Track and manage supplies for client needs and facility needs Perform light cleaning and upkeep of common spaces Support intake coordination and assist with new client orientation Document client activity accurately and timely Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral health, substance use disorder, or residential treatment, sober living setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification required.
