We are expanding into advanced, brain-based treatments , including: Precision TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Spravato (esketamine) EEG and other brain-based diagnostic evaluations Our approach is highly personalized, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on exceptional patient experience and meaningful outcomes. About the Role We are seeking an exceptional TMS Technician / Medical Technician to join our growing team. This is not a typical tech role. You will be the primary daily point of contact for patients undergoing treatment and play a critical role in their overall experience and progress.
This position is open to:
Full-time candidates (preferred) Part-time candidates with the ability to ramp to full-time as patient volume grows In addition to TMS, this role will also support advanced patient assessments and testing, including EEG and other brain-based evaluations as part of our expanding clinical model. What You'll Do Administer TMS treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols Prepare patients for treatment sessions and ensure comfort throughout Monitor patients during treatment and communicate any concerns to providers Build strong, supportive relationships with patients over the course of treatment (typically 4-6+ weeks) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each session Coordinate scheduling and help ensure smooth daily clinic flow
Advanced Clinical Support:
Support patient testing and evaluations, including EEG and other diagnostic tools Assist providers with preparation and setup for advanced clinical assessments Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease during testing procedures Who You Are We are specifically seeking candidates who are exceptional with patients and communication.
You are someone who:
Is an excellent communicator —clear, warm, and professional Takes a consultative, patient-centered approach to care Has a track record of delivering a high-quality patient experience Builds trust easily and creates a calm, supportive environment Is detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable Is comfortable with structured, repetitive clinical workflows Is excited to be part of a team building something new and meaningful Qualifications Medical Assistant (MA), CNA, EMT, or similar clinical experience preferred Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or a patient-facing medical setting is a plus Prior TMS or EEG experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right candidate) Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential High level of professionalism and dependability Why This Role Is Different Be part of a new and growing advanced treatment program Work in a forward-thinking mental health practice Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients Gain exposure to advanced brain-based treatments and diagnostics (TMS, EEG, and more)
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
