Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Treater to provide direct patient care. This role is perfect for someone passionate about mental health care who wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while gaining valuable clinical experience. You will build therapeutic relationships with clients, administer life-changing treatments, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping people recover from depression and other mental health conditions. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Schedule:

Available M-F 11am to 6pm | Saturday availability a plus

Patient Care & Treatment Responsibilities:

Administer TMS treatments following established protocols under clinical supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each session. Build genuine rapport with clients and provide a calm, supportive presence during their treatment journey. Monitor patients during treatments Maintain accurate treatment documentation and provide daily patient updates. Set up and calibrate TMS equipment accurately for each session, ensuring optimal treatment delivery. Participate in ongoing training, clinical supervision, and team meetings to continue developing your skills. Assist healthcare providers with mapping procedures and clinical assessments as needed. Maintain treatment room cleanliness and manage supply inventory. Follow all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines to protect patient privacy.

What We're Looking For:

Patient care, customer service, or healthcare experience that demonstrates your ability to connect with people during vulnerable moments. OR pursuing or holding a degree in psychology, neuroscience, healthcare, or a related field. Genuine compassion and the ability to be mindful and present with patients throughout their treatment. Strong desire to learn and grow in the mental health field, we will provide comprehensive training. Exceptional reliability and consistency, patients depend on you being there when scheduled. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member. CPR/First Aid certification required (required to obtain upon hire). HIPAA certification required (required to obtain upon hire).
