Per Year Description:
  • This position requires a licensed mental health professional to provide crisis intervention and care coordination in a clinical setting.
  • Based in Blauvelt, NY, the role is full-time with flexible shifts.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • Licensure as LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention
  • Strong knowledge of local mental health services and resources
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
  • Experience with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
