Days - 12 Hour Shifts 7 pm - 7 am

CNA / STNA

Your Role:

As an STNA at Assurance Health, you will:

Deliver Exceptional Care:

Provide high-quality nursing care to our geriatric patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.

Collaborate:

Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate:

Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

Advocate:

Serve as an advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Licensed RN:

Must have an active STNA license in the state of OH.

Experience:

Previous experience in psychiatric or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Compassionate:

A genuine passion for working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Onboarding & Orientation:

Orientation is held biweekly and consists of two days from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Candidates must be available to attend a scheduled orientation session upon hire (for example, our next upcoming session is on 4/7).
