We serve the residents of Southwest Ohio and Kentucky. Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from struggles with mental health disorders and traumatic events. We offer inpatient services for adult patients, partial hospitalization care, and intensive outpatient care. Join the Journey of Hope Be the therapeutic presence patients remember. As an MHT, you create a calm, structured milieu where healing can take root —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. How You Will Make a Difference Perform frequent safety rounds, observations, and 1:1s as assigned; document behaviors and interventions.
Lead or assist with groups:
coping skills, grounding, recreation, and ADLs support. Partner with RNs during crises using verbal de‑escalation, redirection, and team response protocols.
Support admissions/intakes:
belongings inventory, vitals, and orientation to the unit. Maintain a therapeutic, tidy environment and uphold visitor policies. Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation. Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team. What We're Looking For High school diploma/GED required; some college or
STNA/EMT
experience preferred. Age 21+; ability to stand/walk for long periods and assist with lifts/transfers as needed. Empathy, consistency, and clear communication.
