How you'll contribute A Rehabilitation Technician who excels in this role: Follow patient care tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals. Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities. Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with members of the rehabilitation team. Observe and recognize patient reactions to treatment; follow instructions accurately. Lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis; use proper body mechanics. Additional requirements include:

6-12 months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting strongly recomended CPR/BLS certification Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital.
