Job Description

Be a part of Sojourn at Seneca's new SUD Unit is opening this Spring! Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a passionate and committed Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in our SUD/Detox Unit, where you will have the opportunity to positively impact lives and guide clients on their journey to wellness. As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for clients, while also promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches
