https://www.stmarysregional.com What You'll Do As a Mental Health Technician, you'll be a key contributor to patient safety, therapeutic engagement, and daily clinical operations. You'll work closely with Registered Nurses and the broader treatment team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
Responsibilities include:
Observing, documenting, and reporting patient behavior and information relevant to the treatment plan Supporting therapeutic activities based on patient diagnosis and individual needs Ensuring patient dignity and demonstrating respect for each patient's values Assisting with physical care needs, including safely supporting patients during crises or emergencies Communicating patient needs clearly and effectively to the clinical team Completing progress notes in accordance with program procedures Maintaining a professional, compassionate demeanor in all patient interactions This role is well‑suited for someone who is attentive, patient‑centered, and comfortable working night shifts in a behavioral health environment.
