About Our Company:

We provide therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic-based environment. We don't just "treat behavior", we embrace the whole child; and we focus on strengths and desires.

RBT Responsibilities:

Implement 1:1 direct therapy. Utilize practice management software to track progress. Maintain documentation of supervision required by the BACB. Observe and interact with children using behavior analytic principals. Plan and prepare for therapeutic activities appropriate for the child's age, developmental level, physical ability, behavioral needs, and current goals.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently move about the clinic, including standing, sitting on the floor, kneeling, or transitioning between positions. Implement safety procedures and, if trained, use crisis management techniques to ensure client and staff safety.
