Additionally, we are the first community in Oregon to earn the JCAHO accreditation. As a med tech with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. You'll maintain a safe and secure delivery of medications and health-related items to the residents within the community, providing this critical role of resident care and medication delivery under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You'll also assist the resident in maintaining their independence and quality of life by performing tasks and duties to support the resident's physical and psychological health.

Compensation:
$22.00 to $28.50 per hour, (additional shift differential for certain shifts worked)

Caregiver Responsibilities:
(not limited to) Assisting residents with ADLS Teamwork, cooperation, training & development Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but is not limited to): Bathing/Bathroom Assistance Morning/Evening Preparations Morning/Evening Dress and attire Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes. Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift. Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon. You must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.
