Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents. Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Lead Mental Health Technician (Lead MHT). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC. The Lead Mental Health Technician (Lead MHT) is responsible for assisting in the direct care and management of patients as prescribed by the physician and treatment team in a behavioral health hospital. The Lead MHT provides supervision over Mental Health Technicians (MHT) and Senior MHTs. The Lead MHT oversees safety and crisis management for the patient population, completes documentation of patient behavior and participation in programming to adhere to the scheduled activities. The Lead MHT role models positive, mature behavior in the milieu, utilizes positive behavioral strategies to minimize patient crisis and maximize success.
Schedule :
Three shifts a week from 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, including every other weekend.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or extensive experience (4+ years) with supervisory experience/advanced certifications in leiu of a degree. 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
