Thursday - Monday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Make a Difference Every Shift Silvermist Recovery, a proud program of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our growing team in Renfrew, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and interested in building a rewarding career in behavioral health and addiction treatment. As a BHT, you will provide direct support to clients while helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive recovery environment. ✅ What You'll Do Assist with client admissions and intake procedures Monitor client behavior and provide emotional support Observe and document self-administration of medications Support daily activities and treatment plan goals Complete accurate documentation and shift notes Provide transportation for clients as needed Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff Complete required trainings and certifications What We're Looking For ✔ High school diploma or GED required ✔ Behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred ✔ Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required ✔ Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required ✔ Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
