Job Description

We offer behavioral healthcare services - psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. - that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Summary:
We are looking for a Behavioral Health Technician lead to monitor clients, assist with interventions, follow treatment plans, and drive the clients to appointments.
Pay:
$16/hr
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs. Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed. Test and review onboarding and training materials. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements. Maintain a database of all training materials. Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy. Remain up to date on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions. Participate in work groups and get involved in performance improvement of our organization. Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.
