Job Duties:

Work with children/adolescents who have behavioral and emotional challenges Implements the Individualized Treatment Plan and behavioral plan with an emphasis on transferring skills to the client, family, and team members Utilizes research based treatment approaches (ex:

ABA, CBT

) as identified on the client's treatment plan Works as a team member with a master's level clinician (ex: BCBA, Mobile Therapist)

Qualifications:

Applicants that provide BHT services shall meet 1 of the following: Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA (40 hour training requirement can be provided by TrueNorth upon hire) Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services Have a certification as a BCaBA Have certification as an RBT Have a certification as a

BCAT Job Requirements:

The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.
