Position Overview The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) works directly with students with autism in a school-based setting. You'll support behavior, communication, and social skill development using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Responsibilities Provide direct classroom support to students Implement behavior plans and IEP goals Track and document student progress Support communication, social, and behavioral development Collaborate with teachers, Behavior Consultants, and school staff Participate in ongoing supervision and training Qualifications High school diploma required Experience with children preferred (not required) Interest in education, psychology, behavioral health, or human services Patient, structured, and team-oriented Ability to pass required background checks and clearances No prior ABA experience required — training provided The organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
