Description Experience:
18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent and completed 40-hour RBT training. (Registered Behavioral Technician)Job Duties:
Carrying out individual's treatment plans prescribed by professionals. Monitoring clients and recording observations. Reporting back on each client's progress and concerns. Ensuring clients have a safe and supportive environment. Diffusing situations in which clients wish to harm themselves or others. Providing emotional support to clients. Alerting team members/supervisor to intervene in emergencies. Maintaining strict client confidentiality. Employer will train, salary depends on experience and qualifications.
