We are hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support youth across multiple Pennsylvania locations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to children and adolescents in treatment Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Conduct routine observation, safety checks, and documentation Implement behavioral interventions and coping strategies as directed Support daily living activities, programming, and scheduled routines Communicate effectively with clinical, educational, and supervisory staff Serve as a positive role model and uphold program expectations Complete required documentation including progress notes and incident reports Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred Backgrounds in behavioral health, residential care, education, childcare, or related fields encouraged Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑acuity situations Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow within a therapeutic environment This position is Monday through Friday with rotating on call responsibilities. Hours will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the kids and the families that the team serves in all environments. You must have the ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required.
