$19 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join Our Team! Bethanna is seeking a dedicated IBHS Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide one-on-one behavioral health services to children and adolescents. The BHT works closely with youth, caregivers, and treatment team members to support behavioral stabilization, skill development, and achievement of treatment goals outlined in the Individual Resiliency Plan. Responsibilities Implement interventions identified in the Individual Service Plan Help children and youth develop problem-solving, emotional regulation, and social skills Provide psychoeducation related to behavioral health and positive decision-making Support caregivers in addressing the therapeutic needs of the child/youth Assist with stress management and coping skill development Collect and document data related to treatment goals and progress Support behavioral stabilization and crisis intervention efforts Collaborate with Behavior Specialists, Mobile Therapists, caregivers, schools, and other team members Facilitate referrals to additional supports and services as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Bethanna, MCO, and state standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field, such as: Psychology Sociology Social Work Human Services Other related behavioral health disciplines Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO, Sick Time, and Personal Days 401(k) with Company Match HSA and FSA Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while growing your skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
