Dental Registered Veterinary Technician at Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic and Pet Rehabilitation Center

Join the Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic team! We are a fast-paced, growing one-doctor practice seeking an experienced Dental RVT for a full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate is a positive, team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic. A current RVT license is required.

Skills include:

General product knowledge: medical terminology, anatomy, medications, etc. Our team members must be self-motivated, have great customer service skill sand have the ability to understand time management to be able to prioritize effectively.

Ability to perform:

Assistant doctors with appointments Assisting Technician appointments Some receptionist duties Some Kennel assistant duties TPR, understands signalments.

Basic Veterinary Assistant Skills:

including restraint, SQ, IM, IV injections. Medical terminology Blood draws, IV Cath placement Basic diagnostics, which includes radiographs and in-house lab's. -

Dentistry:

including digital dental radiographs, oral exams and anatomy, extractions- simple and complicated experience. Drug Calculations Laser Therapy experience is a plus

Experience:
