Certified Med Tech (CMT) nights, 11pm-7am

MUST HOLD ACTIVE CMT LICENSE IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

!!!!! Must have an active CPR certification. Administer routine and as needed medications daily, either prescription or non-prescription to patients. Coordinate with the nurse to assist with patient care and medications. Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring safety. Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications. Record medication dosages and times, as well as prn results. Observe patients, document and report any changes in their condition. Gather samples and send to the lab for anylysis when ordered. Uphold all health and safety standards. Respond to patient emergencies as per policy. Be able to use intercom systems, to identify patient needs, to answer phones and take messages. Represent Darlington assisted living in a professional manner, always putting the needs of our residents first. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team player
