Mental Health Treatment Technician (MHT)/Administrative Support Interventional Technician Join our Team at Synaptic Psych! Send us your resume today! To apply, please visit : https://cromwellmc.bamboohr.com/careers/54 We are looking to hire an interventional technician that would support our Memphis, TN clinic location. In this position, you will train on Esketamine and TMS and you might assist with some administrative tasks. This job does not require a clinical degree, but healthcare experience and passion to help patients get well are important. You do not have to have any experience or knowledge of Esketamine or TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). We will teach you everything you need to know. These are relatively new treatments, both cleared by the FDA, and are now an important treatment options for anyone with Depression or Treatment-Resistant Depression. Technicians will be building a skill set in a growing healthcare segment for long-term career stability. We are a growing behavioral health clinic with a focus on quality and excellent care. With offices in Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville, East Nashville, and now Memphis. You will be trained by our Interventional Supervisor and/or our Medical Director who trains internationally on TMS. All our Providers and full-time staff are very stable. We care greatly about our employees and patients. Excellent patient communication skills and strong clinical rapport with patients, coworkers, physiatrists, and clinicians is required.
