Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support clients in their daily activities and recovery journey. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Benefits 401(k) (After 90 days of continuous employment) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Offered after 60 days of employment) Competitive Compensation Responsibilities Monitor client safety and provide supervision at all times Assist clients with daily living activities and routines Facilitate groups and recreational activities as assigned Document client behaviors and interactions accurately Support clinical staff in implementing treatment plans Conduct room checks and ensure facility rules are followed Provide transportation for clients as needed Respond to crisis situations and follow proper protocols Maintain a clean and organized environment Other relevant duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Strong interpersonal and observation skills
