  • First Responder Mental Health & Substance Use Recovery We are hiring for the following positions: Full Time (2) PRN Positions (2): Day Shift
  • includes weekends Overnight Shift
  • includes weekends Work hours may vary and can range from 0 to 40 hours per week , depending on scheduling needs.

Our residential program at Magnolia Meadows is a sanctuary for healing, recovery, and renewed purpose. Now, we're looking for someone like you to help carry that mission forward. Join us as a Client Care Technician (CCT): This role is more than a job. It's a calling. As a CCT, you'll walk alongside clients during one of the most important journeys of their lives—offering stability, support, and a steady presence in a trauma-informed environment built for growth.
Your Impact:
Offer 24/7 supervision and emotional support to clients in treatment Facilitate daily routines, therapeutic activities, and sober outings Safely transport clients to appointments and off-site experiences Help de-escalate situations with compassion and professionalism Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the team Collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure consistency, structure, and progress
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's preferred) Experience in mental health, recovery, military, or first responder settings is a plus Strong communication skills, calm under pressure, and a heart for service Confidence working with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders Why Choose GRIT?
