Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hyperbaric Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chambers, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional care. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and hospitality skills, with a dedication to promoting health and wellness.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers according to established protocols and safety guidelines. Conduct pre-treatment assessments, including patient history and vital signs. Educate patients on HBOT benefits and potential side effects. Ensure patient comfort and safety during HBOT sessions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on hyperbaric equipment. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Stay updated on the latest developments in hyperbaric medicine and technology. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to connect clients with additional wellness services. Help greet clients, follow up with leads, along with assisting clients with other Huemn servies.Qualifications:
Certification as a Hyperbaric Technician is preferred. Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting. CPR certification required. Strong understanding of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and related equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.Benefits:
