Duties:

Administering TMS and Spravato treatments to patients under the supervision of providers Monitoring patient comfort levels and reactions to treatments Maintain patient information & treatment data in EMR Assist with front office duties - check in/out, scheduling, phones

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in medical front or back office Experience with mental health, TMS or Spravato treamtents preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate attitude and high touch customer service
