Impact:
As a Rehabilitation Technician, you'll play a vital role on our team, working alongside healthcare providers to support patient care in a rehabilitation setting. In this role, you'll help patients with exercises, maintain our treatment areas, and perform a variety of tasks that help ensure a smooth, effective rehab experience. If you're passionate about learning and growing in the healthcare field, especially physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports medicine, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real difference in people's lives.
What You Will Do:
Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and therapeutic exercises to patients. Help patients with mobility and strength exercises, ensuring they use proper technique and stay safe. Greet patients and prepare them for their treatment sessions. Provide clear instructions for patients on in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care. Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly and guide them through exercises. Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use. Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care. Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment. Support the administrative team by facilitating communication between patients and providers. Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide. What You Will Bring:
A genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to grow in the healthcare field. Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively. Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Empathy and the ability to offer emotional support to patients during their recovery. A team-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Previous healthcare or rehab experience is helpful, but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus. Professional, empathetic demeanor with a focus on excellent patient care. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or a related field). Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises. A positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and professional appearance.

Work Location:
Temple, TX Work Hours :
The clinic operates four days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one additional administrative day. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience.
