JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for someone who is passionate about addiction and mental health recovery to join our frontline staff as a Life Technician. Our Life Techs have excellent communication skills to support our clients, help solve problems, and manage crises. They also have great attention to detail and organization, and are comfortable with inputting notes electronically and using the phone. We're looking for someone with a great sense of professional boundaries looking to create positive change in people's lives!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Life Technician assists with daily living activities at the outpatient treatment facility, including patient care, administrative duties, campus supervision, crisis management, and leading or assisting with group and recreational activities for residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Must be at least 18 years old Well-organized, self-motivated, excellent time management skills, and works well independently and on a team Previous experience working in a residential/behavioral healthcare setting is a plus!
