As a Residential Mentor, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients can grow, heal, and build life skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in mental health, psychology, social work, or human services —or anyone who enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. Schedule Full time and part time schedules available Weekday graveyard shifts: 12 : 00 AM - 8:00 AM What You'll Do Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and serve as a role model Supervise daily activities and help maintain a structured, therapeutic environment Participate in group sessions, recreational activities, and outings Support clients in managing emotions, completing assignments, and developing life skills Assist with medication organization and ensure safety protocols are followed Document daily progress and communicate with the clinical team Help plan activities like shopping, recreation, and skill-building exercises What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or working with young adults (preferred, not required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Interest in mental health and helping others grow Why You'll Love Working Here Make a difference every day in clients' lives Supportive, team-oriented environment Great experience for careers in mental health or healthcare Opportunities to build real-world therapeutic skills Benefits 95% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 75% employer-paid coverage for spouse and dependents 401(k) with up to 5% employer match Paid time off and holidays Mission-driven, supportive workplace
