Job Description

We're hiring reliable, strong-minded individuals to work directly with teenage boys in a structured residential setting for afternoon and Grave shifts. This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in mentorship, accountability, and daily operations—not sitting behind a desk. If you're someone who values discipline, leadership, teamwork, and making a real impact, this role puts you in a position to help young men build better habits, respect structure, and move forward in life. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and lead groups of teenage boys in a residential setting Maintain structure, enforce rules, and hold residents accountable Stay actively engaged throughout your shift (this is not a sit-down job) Step in during conflicts and use de-escalation techniques Safely implement physical interventions (holds) when necessary to maintain safety, following proper training and protocols Lead or participate in recreational activities, fitness, and daily routines Support residents with chores, meals, and responsibilities Transport residents to outings, school, or appointments Document behaviors and communicate with your team Why This Role Stands Out Active work environment

  • you're trusted to lead and make decisions Overtime opportunities available Consistent scheduling Who This Role Is Great For This position is a strong fit for individuals with backgrounds or interest in: Sports / athletics Coaching or mentoring Military, law enforcement, or security Warehouse or physically active jobs Psychology, social work, or criminal justice Preferred (but not required) Experience in coaching, mentoring, security, behavioral health, or working with youth Experience with crisis intervention and safe physical holds/restraints Background in sports, military, or team leadership roles Requirements 21 years or older Valid driver's license Able to pass a background check High school diploma or GED Comfortable working in a structured, high-energy environment Training Provided CPR / First Aid Crisis intervention & de-escalation MANDT (or equivalent) training for safe physical interventions Hands-on training with experienced staff Compensation & Perks $16•18/hr based on experience Supportive, team-oriented environment Casual dress What We're Looking For Strong communication and confidence in setting boundaries Ability to stay calm under pressure Team player with a solid work ethic Someone who leads by example and follows through Physically capable and confident stepping in during high-stress situations when safety interventions are required
