Behavioral Health Technician (Youth Mentor)

We're hiring reliable, strong-minded individuals to work directly with teenage boys in a structured residential setting for Morning, PM and Grave shifts. This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in mentorship, accountability, and daily operations—not sitting behind a desk. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and lead groups of teenage boys in a residential setting Maintain structure, enforce rules, and hold residents accountable Stay actively engaged throughout your shift (this is not a sit-down job) Step in during conflicts and use de-escalation techniques Lead or participate in recreational activities, fitness, and daily routines Support residents with chores, meals, and responsibilities Transport residents to outings, school, or appointments Document behaviors and communicate with your team Why This Role Stands Out Active work environment
