Requirements Bachelor's degree OR significant experience working in educational or community settings with vulnerable populations. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Passion for both teaching and continued personal learning. Proven experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other behavioral health conditions Knowledge of crisis management techniques and crisis intervention strategies Ability to handle sensitive situations involving PTSD care or addiction counseling with professionalism and compassion Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
